2. Website Use
This website is provided for general information only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or free from error.
- You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or knowingly introduce malicious code.
- We may update, withdraw or amend website content without notice.
3. Quotations & Estimates
Any quotation or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time, including drawings, descriptions, access arrangements and visible site conditions.
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotations are subject to survey, specification review and site confirmation.
- Quotations may be time-limited and may be withdrawn or revised after the validity period expires.
- Any budget price or estimate is for guidance only and is not a fixed offer unless clearly stated as such.
- Hidden defects, unforeseen conditions, restricted access, contaminated materials or additional client requirements may affect cost and programme.
4. Scope of Works
Works will be carried out in line with the agreed quotation, scope, specification or schedule of works. Anything not specifically included should be treated as excluded unless confirmed in writing.
- Client-supplied information, drawings and specifications remain the basis of the agreed scope unless revised in writing.
- Samples, product choices, colours, finishes and layouts should be approved before installation or application where applicable.
- Illustrations, service descriptions and website wording are general in nature and do not replace a project-specific scope.
5. Variations & Additional Works
Any change to the agreed scope may affect price and completion time.
- Variations may be instructed by the client or may arise due to site conditions or compliance requirements.
- Additional works will be valued separately unless otherwise agreed.
- Where urgent decisions are needed to keep works moving, we may proceed on a reasonable basis and confirm costs as soon as practical.
6. Access, Programme & Site Conditions
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, work areas and essential facilities where required for the agreed works.
- Programmes are based on normal working conditions unless stated otherwise.
- Delays caused by restricted access, late instructions, unavailable materials, third parties, or matters outside our control may extend completion dates.
- Where works are carried out in occupied premises, reasonable cooperation is required to allow progress and maintain safe working areas.
7. Client Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and timely decisions.
- Confirming ownership or authority to instruct works.
- Ensuring relevant permissions, consents and approvals are in place where needed.
- Removing or protecting sensitive contents, equipment or valuables unless specifically included in our scope.
- Disclosing known hazards, site restrictions, asbestos information, surveys and compliance requirements before works begin.
8. Materials & Product Availability
Specified or quoted materials may occasionally become unavailable, discontinued or subject to supplier delays. In such cases, we may propose an equivalent or suitable alternative for approval.
- Natural variation in colour, texture or finish may occur depending on product type.
- Manufacturer recommendations, drying times and installation requirements must be allowed for.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms will normally be stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are due within the stated payment period.
- Stage payments or deposits may be required for certain projects.
- Late payment may affect ongoing works, future scheduling and handover of final documentation.
- We reserve the right to charge interest and recovery costs on overdue sums where legally permitted.
10. Completion, Snagging & Handover
On completion, the client should inspect the works within a reasonable period and notify us of any snagging items or concerns.
- Minor snagging items do not normally prevent practical completion where the area is otherwise usable.
- Reasonable access must be given for snagging or defect rectification.
- Final payment remains due in accordance with agreed terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use or business interruption unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Our liability in connection with website use, quotations or services will be limited to the extent reasonably permitted by law and, where applicable, the value of the relevant contract.
- We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party interference, underlying substrate failure, building movement or pre-existing issues outside our scope.
12. Compliance, Specialist Works & Third Parties
Some projects involve specialist trades, compliance items or third-party input. Where relevant:
- Specialist works may be subject to separate specifications, certifications, surveys or partner contractor requirements.
- Advice on legal, structural, fire, asbestos, electrical, gas or other regulated matters should be confirmed through suitably qualified professionals where required.
- Any third-party warranties or product guarantees are subject to the original manufacturer or provider terms.
13. Intellectual Property
