The project involved full preparation, safe access using specialist equipment, and the application of a high-performance coating system to improve both the appearance and durability of the building.
All operatives involved in this project held valid CSCS cards and were trained with IPAF licences to safely operate access equipment including scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
Health and safety was adhered to at all times, with appropriate PPE used throughout the duration of the project.
A specialist asbestos team attended site prior to works to encapsulate affected areas, ensuring surfaces were safe for preparation and spray application.
This system provided a durable, uniform finish suitable for external commercial environments.
