SHEFFIELD / NATIONWIDE
SERVICE OVERVIEW

The best commercial projects start with a shared understanding of what needs to happen, what must be protected and what success looks like at handover.

01. Understand the brief

We review the property, desired outcome, plans or schedules of works, likely access restrictions, project status, working hours and target budget.

02. Clarify the scope

Where relevant, we discuss a site visit, quantities, specialist requirements, materials, exclusions and assumptions to establish the basis for a quotation or tender response.

03. Programme and coordinate

Individual trade packages may be relatively straightforward. Larger jobs require sequencing, lead-time checks, work-zone coordination and a programme agreed with the client and other parties.

04. Deliver with appropriate controls

Safety arrangements and documentation should reflect the work being undertaken, the site and the appointed dutyholders. We discuss required risk assessments, method statements, specialist credentials and other onboarding matters before work commences.

05. Finish and hand over

Final checks, cleaning, snagging and project documentation are considered as part of the agreed scope. Where the project involves specialist regulated work, relevant certificates or records should be supplied by the competent provider.

For procurement teams

Please identify whether the enquiry relates to competitive tender, negotiated quotation, purchase-order work, a term contract or a formal supplier onboarding process. Share any documentation requirements at the outset.
